Summer Cuts

New Year, New Hair! Think now and do it sharpish! Don't be boring, make a change (I sound like Obama). I think the shorter the better - probably because my hair is short - but let's not concentrate on that, here are few examples...

The actress is sporting what Grazia magazine calls 'The Midi.' If you're too scarred to chop your hair clean off. Scar's look still carries some length with feathered layers - very cute!

Blunt bangs on dark coloured bobbed hair always look so sharp and healthy to me. I think this style really compliments Jessie's face and all round swagger.


Nicki Minaj

Lady of the moment Ms Nicki Minaj cuts a blunt bob at the back and has it graduated in longer lengths towards the front. This clearly is a wig, as she changes her hair colour far too many times to be anything else, but the look is daring. If your hair is full or you can rock a weave, I say do it!

Rihanna

Cropped short hair with striking colours just screams summer. Of course, the likes of Frankie and Rihanna have had these looks for a while, but these cuts are by far my favourite. These looks take a lot of maintenance - hence Rihanna's constant change from short to long red style.

I say cut and colour in 2011 - I am!
